Tiny House Houston:
2 C Design & Presented by Carson C. Lucarelli, MURP
Introduction Situated within the city of Houston on a south-facing lot, the 397 square foot CantileveredCabin (C2 ) offers a respite from exorbitant mortgage prices, overcrowded vertical living, and unsustainable suburban sprawl. With modern sustainable amenities and enhanced building features, C2 is an economically and ecologically sound alternative for Urban Houstonians seeking a minimalist approach to living. The defining feature of the cabin is the use of the cantilever; which makes use of exterior vertical space while minimizing the building’s overall footprint on the lot.
