CABINS IN THE WOODS PROGRAM
○ Work in pairs ○ Create some housings for different kind of people : student, couple or family ○ Try to bring the same value for each home ○ Thinking healthy, economic and ecologic ○ Result : a common space, 4 small cabins for students or people living alone, 1 small house for couple and 1 big for family
5
MY IDEA
This project is based about a same module : one wood cabin, without real partition wall and a shape which permits to let enter light, but also wind. The purpose was to mix the different profils of people living there, thus using the same module but with a different thinking for each profil. That’s why the couple has two modules for his house, and three modules for the family. Finally, we designed house ecologically-friendly, all in wood and allowing air to circulate inside the house from the bottom, bringing cooling in summer and heating in winter.

DETACHED HOUSE PROGRAM
MY IDEA
○ Create a 120m² house according to our desire, while preserving the surrounding architecture
My own challenge was to create a house with a simple plan but hiding a real reflection.
○ Use natural materials
So I tried to create a rather large house, but minimizing the circulation spaces.
○ Find an approach that justifies our plan
Thus my plan has a kind of cross shape, where only the intersection of the two branches is a place of circulation. I use also some patios to put in relationship inside and ouside and to bring more light. It gives a feeling very peacefull at least.

BUILD ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY PROGRAM
○ Work in pairs ○ Create a primary school with all necessary facilities and a leisure center ○ Successfully build on a small plot intelligently to have reasonable interior spaces, like a lovely outdoor courtyard
17
MY IDEA
With my partner, we focused on the theory of «how to recall childhood through architecture ?» ; thus we went on several ideas such as color schemes, giving a playful aspect to school. However, we wanted to register the site as accurately as possible without touching the original shape of the field but also to remain faithful to the urban context where facades are rather with dark colors.

TOTEM 4 PROGRAM
MY IDEA
○ Competition about concrete. The purpose was to improve the concrete’s skills in a small project, with different thems whose the display panel.
The first concept was to think about an object which could agree with every people. We wanted to create a project both for indoor and outdoor use.
○ Create an original shape
There are different capacities as touchscreen to give some informations, others screens showing advertising or some things like the weather.
○ Think about each kind of people : children, adults or people with reduced mobility ○ Work in pair
23
Several people could use it due to the four screens. Also there are others functions which permit to recharge our phone, space to place our belongings or game to hold children.

URBAN TRANSPLANT PROGRAM
MY IDEA
○ Draw a house for a small budget but with an original shape
According to the urban rules, I wanted to challenge myself to create a house with an original form but especially with a real reflection of space.
○ Make a modern architecture with a certain bound with outside ○ House for a couple and two children
Starting with an idea of three volumes of different size, the architecture is built with a set of lag that revolves around a central patio. Each volume is also differentiated by its materiality, its roof, but especially by its function.

TRIBUTE TO A POET PROGRAM
MY IDEA
○ Expand a museum which has already been extended
My first concept was to create an evolutive project, where temporary exposition and permanent exposition are separate. It’s possible to model shape inside as the scenographer wants.
○ Doubling the area ○ Reflect on making more connections with the context ○ Bring a new poetic dimension to the project
I use a pattern of a wave which we could find somewhere else in the city, it creates a kind of bound with the sea also and some transparency between inside and outside. The extension is build with a specific concrete and also corten steel on the top in order to bring a certain thinness; this steel also looks like the hulls of boats.

BETWEEN CITY AND HARBOR PROGRAM
MY IDEA
○ Final project of my studies : I could choose the type of project, the site and the program
Firstly I was thinking about retirement home : this kind of project has often a «bad feeling» inside, despite of it is a place where we need the hope.
○ Have a strong idea that can be debated
By this way, I develloped a project that mixes a retirement home, a nursery, some housings and some places where people could meet each other. In addition, this project takes place in a site between the city and the harbor : it allows a large human traffic which brings life inside the project.

LIVING TOGETHER PROGRAM
MY IDEA
○ Create nine quality housing (T2, T3,T4)
For this project, my idea was to create dwellings in relationship with nature, that’s why my concept was to live between trees.
○ Create additional equipment that should not interfere with the housing but using the same architectural value (here a showroom) ○ Follow a «idealism»: how to find a concept and make it «ideal» in people’s lives?
I decided to work from the big tree existing in the center of the field and to articulate my project around it. That’s why each windows is facing a shaft. For me, nature is very important and gives a relaxing aspect to the people, that’s why I want to create a peacefull project in this field implanted in an urban setting.

LIVE IN COMMUNITY PROGRAM
MY IDEA
○ In teams of 4 (two Japanese, two French), mix our vision of architecture and culture to make a big housing project
During my studies in Japan, I participated in a competition where we had to do 10 detached houses in a small field.
○ Create ten houses while following a clear idea : the community life
Our concept was to design a space like one big community, with less wall as possible.
○ Mix skillfully habitat and vegetation This idea creates different levels of privacy, and a big relationship with nature. In addition, the public park keeps this idea and permits for people of outside to enjoy to sit down in a planning between some trees. 53

MICRO ARCHITECTURE PROGRAM
MY IDEA
○ Create a temporary exhibition pavilion in the garden plants of Montpellier
I tried to make an exhibition pavilion whose its form clearly expresses the outside which is exposed on the inside, that is to say, origami for me.
○ Using materials such as steel or glass, and after pushing capacity ○ 25m² and no budget limit
For the plan, I was inspired by origami crane I stretched while trying to use the same idea for furniture. The translucent white glass is used in double layers with a gas system to hint at the inside without fear of overheating of the solar rays.

HONKAKUJI PROGRAM
MY IDEA
○ Work in big team (10 people), and especially regular appointments with the owners of the temple
This project was very interesting because it was my first work in orde to be built in a near future.
○ Use the blank field to make it even more attractive temple, all according to the demands of owners
We wanted to create a new sound space, no sudden development. Thus the new prayer space has come to stay in the old bunker nestled into the hillside, and plan time underwent expansion reminiscent traditional Japanese houses.
○ Create a new prayer space, a place of rest, a small cemetery and a waterplace ○ Working in keeping with the idea that this project is intended to be built
63
Finally, we didn’t try to hide the cemetery graves, but to link them to the central sakura. Much work has also been done on the vegetation.

OTHER WORKS PROGRAM
○ Drawings ○ Creation of original objects ○ 3D renderings ○ Pictures
MY IDEA
Studies of architecture require students to have a certain look sensitive to their surroundings. So, I like to consider what is happening around me, and imprison those moments, either by drawing or photography. Many tools to convey a thought, a desire to create, and I think it is good to look continually improve in all areas. So you can see some of my works of plastic arts, some of which derive their appearance of what inspires and excites me.
67

69
Here are some 3D renderings made during my internship at ON design partners. The left one was made with SketchUp and Photoshop, while the second is a model’s picture retouched on Photoshop.
70
71
In my drawing class, we had once created a rocky island. The interest was to make several drawings of a
similar plan, but mostly rock types vary to give different impressions. My first idea was to inspire me of the Lovecraft universe to do an island at the pace horrific. The second design is inspired more rock gradually damaged by time. 72
During my art class, I had to create various types of items
that meet certain guidelines. The first was to build a functional object on the theme of instability. This table fits perfectly but appears lopsided, even when we look above, although in reality this is not the case.
The second work is a reproduction of a column fragment, and its reali-
zation in model is the result of a large number of computer work using software and a single photograph. All this work has enabled the creation of the object model, with attached a photograph of the exhibit at the Art Gallery APERTO. 73
