The Regional Development Conference (RDC) is focused on developing leadership members and coordinators of the organization, this event is held in parallel in the 4 areas of the country where AIESEC is divided. It has a number of participants by area of approximately 150-200 youth, lasting three days and date of realization: third week of March. It's your job as OCP ensure the planning, organization and execution of the event from the moment you choose your team, it's time you show your full potential as a team leader and deliver an RDC amazing!
