vegetable stock rice, butter parmesan eggs, bread crumbs oil for frying mozzarella cubed ham peas
Prepare cook the rice the rice in vegetable broth. While still hot add the butter, Parmesan, 1 egg, salt and pepper and mix well. just everything becomes warm, bring the rice into small pieces and put them in the middle of your hand, flatten and put inside the ham, a few peas, then make a ball. Pass the ball in flour, then in 'egg and finally in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil, then dry with paper towels.
