In oGCDP this month was a good month, overachiving expectations. This is a good sign for summer peak, however we do not need to rest in our laurels, and not only think to double our results in September, but also how to manage all the Raises that are already done in order to have a fast match and become more customer-centric with them.

In iGCDP, goal were not met this month. In spite of common efforts (launch of national portfolio of projects, hosting campaign), raises were still not achieved. It is important to aknowledge that 100% of Raises come from only one entity in Argentina. September is the month to change that internal distribution in order to make iGCDP growth happen.

In oGIP, in spite of having growth in raising, this growth is not seen in the match, which continues to be below expectations. As mentioned in July, Raises need to be more accurate in order to match faster and better, if not our brand will start being damaged because of the fact that right now, we are not being able to deliver 50% of the experiences we promise.

General Analysis •  Argentina is experiencing a fast learning curve which will enable us to fulfill Q3 plan if we continue optimizing our GCDP process (our focus program), we do not loose track of what we have already achieved while we continue leveraging our efficiency rates, with the new recruited members, in a key month such as September. •  Uruguay, on the other hand, is facing a “plateau” that has to be reverted as soon as possible, since summer peak is coming. Uruguay needs to start focusing on GCDP programs management at local level and gain growth from that, while continuously educate and motivate their membership (as it has been proven successful in other Argentina entities in the past) with a more basic approach. •  In general terms, the differences of development of both countries are clear, and is something that MCEB has learnt and is going to put much more attention in the future for regional strategies.
