Interior Design & Procurement Luckett & Farley’s interior design department has licensed professionals who include LEED AP, NCIDQ, EDAC and CID. Our talented interior designers also provide space planning, move-management and furniture coordination for a variety of facility types, including government, corporate, education, broadcast and healthcare. They understand the unique demands for each and keep in mind the use of durable, sustainable materials while keeping function top of mind. Luckett & Farley’s interior designers and space planners can also create solutions to maximize available space to improve efficiency and increase work performance.

What Projects Can Benefit? Almost any project can benefit from Procurement. The details of what type and how much product must be determined on a case by case basis at the beginning of each project.
How it’s Implemented 1. Luckett & Farley sells directly to our clients. This is the best financial solution for the client, eliminating multiple mark-ups. However, this can isolate the GC and subs which can cause problems politically. 2. Luckett & Farley sells directly General Contractor. This is a common solution for interior finish items, such as flooring and wall covering, because they are usually in the GC’s contract. 3. Luckett & Farley sells directly Sub-Contractor .This is most common for wall covering, where installers want to sell the product in order to apply a mark-up. This is least advantageous.
How Does it Work? Luckett & Farley has access to “trade only” wholesale pricing, which many times can be negotiated in addition to the standard wholesale cost based on quantities. Luckett & Farley will also negotiate pricing on labor and installation.
