Types
EDIBLE IMAGE® DECORATIONS Flat-printed edible designs, these can be applied to many food items, such as cakes, cookies, even ice cream cakes.Typically applied to the top of a cake, the standard format of Edible Image® decorations is available in many sizes that are perfect for decorating cakes ranging from 5” to half sheets.
DEC-ONS® DECORATIONS Made primarily from finely granulated sugar, these decorations are molded into various shapes and hand painted with edible food colors.
Edible Transfer Sheets and Rounds Lucks Transfer Sheets and Rounds are patterns and images printed on acetate sheets, using color only. Cocoa butter is not used in this product, extending the shelf life and making it easy to ship, store and handle. The sheets are used to transfer designs onto milk, dark, white and coating chocolates.
ROYAL ICING ROSES Viscous royal icing is used to create velvety-smooth consistently attractive flowers. The roses come in a variety of pastels and rich colors to match any confection, or they can be airbrushed to create unique colors.

2 Use offset spatula to spread melted chocolate evenly across transfer sheet.
4 Press cutters into cooled chocolate to cut out shapes. Tip: Cut shapes closely together to reduce waste. Leftover chocolate cannot be remelted after transfer sheet has been applied.

After chocolate has cooled, carefully flip it over. Gently peel the acetate off.
