Lucy Clarke

Since graduating in Fine Art from UWE, I have been working with publishers and regional galleries and studios. I have written about Artists, particularly Thomas Hirschorn's installations, and peers work, films, writers and theatre. My sculptures lend themselves to the realm of visual merchandise and this is an area I am interested in. I'm interested in visual communication across media be that film, music, books and magazines to posters flyers, billboards and merchandise. Graphic design is everywhere and permeates every aspect of the modern world, unless you live in a tent, but even then someone designed the tent and the tent may even be in central London or Bristol, either way Design is everywhere.
