We often receive requests for hotel recommendations and for those in need of accommodation, here we have listed our suggestions, but do make sure you quote ‘West Essex’ when booking. Directly opposite ‘The West’ you’ll find Gilwell Park, a historic and unique venue that’s set within 108 acres of parkland. With a Grade II listed main building and newly refurbished bespoke bedrooms, you couldn’t be any closer to the reception. Just over four miles from West Essex sits Premier Inn Waltham Abbey. Positioned within easy reach of Lakeside and Blue Water shopping centres, there is never.a shortage of things to do, with the historic Waltham Abbey Church and Enfield also located close by.
