The broad range of the CRUISER 2 LED luminaire’s applications forced a necessity to design several different methods of installation. The designers at LUG adapted the casing of the CRUISER 2 LED luminaire for suspended installation on various suspensions, on plaster using rigid holders, as well as on a holder with fluent adjustment and in a slat ceiling using mounting frame.

The Urban Smart City system monitors and manages infrastructure lighting and connected sensors forming a neural network of the city. It is a basis for the further development of intelligent functions, which will be provided as part of one Smart City platform.

HUBIoT-2 HUBIoT es un hub (también llamado gateway o router) que permite la comunicación a través de Internet (vía GSM o Ethernet) entre servidores BIOTcloud (y el usuario) y dispositivos Thread como iBLOC. The iBLOC lighting controller has been created to facilitate the remote control of street lighting. It is available in multiple variants, which allow the user to control the lighting with the DALI 1...10 V power supply and to manage other components of luminaires (e.g. NTC thermistors). Thread radio communication enabled by iBLOC means, that the user can send commands and configurations, as well as receive alerts pertaining to events and current parameter values. Data collected by the iBLOC controller is transmitted to the hub, and then to the management system. If there is no connection with the hub, the data is buffered in the controller for several hours and all historical data from the buffer is transmitted to the system once the connection is restored. If there is no connection between the hub and the management system, data can be stored in the hub for as long as a week and sent to the system once the connection is restored.

The dedicated lighting schedule for the commune of Moszczenica is based on an astronomical clock and is associated with a daily cycle of sunlight.
