INGREDIENTS: -GARLIC (5 CLOVES) -2 GREEN PEPPERS -4 TOMATOES -ROASTED RED PEPPER -BREAD (1/2 KILO) -SALT -150 cc. OLIVE OIL RECIPE: 1.- BOIL TWO TOMATOES AND A PIECE OF BREAD IN THE SAME PAN
2.- IN A BOWL, CRUSH GREEN PEPPER AND GARLIC
3.- ADD SALT , OLIVE OIL AND THE BOILED TOMATOES AND BREAD TO THE BOWL AND MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER WHILE IT’S STILL HOT.
4.-FINALLY DECORATE WITH SOME ROASTED RED PEPPER ON TOP 5.-IT MUST BE EATEN HOT “ENJOY YOUR MEAL”

INGREDIENTS: -TOMATOES (1 KILO) -ONION (HALF ONION) -BREAD (A SMALL PIECE) -PEPPERS (1 PEPPER) -OLIVE OIL (1 GLASS OF WATER SIZE) -WATER (1 GLASS) -SALT RECIPE: 1.- PEEL OFF THE TOMATOES AND CUT THEM INTO SMALL PIECES.
2.- CUT THE PEPPERS, BREAD AND THE ONION INTO PIECES TOO
3.- ADD SALT, OLIVE OIL AND SOME WATER.
4.-FINALLY USE THE ELECTRIC MIXER TO MAKE EVERYTHING BECOME “GAZPACHO”. 5.-KEEP IT IN THE FRIDGE. YOU MUST SERVE IT COLD. THEN YOU CAN ADD PIECES OF BOILED EGG, FRESH TOMATO, PEPPER, BREAD…ETC ON TOP OF “GAZPACHO” “ENJOY YOUR MEAL”

2.-USE A FRYING PAN AND POUR OUT SOME OLIVE OIL
3.- PUT THE PEPPERS IN THE PAN AND COVER IT WITH THE TOP PART OF A SAUCE PAN.
4.- WHEN YOU TAKE OUT THE PEPPERS ADD SALT AND YOU CAN IT THEM. DON’T USE KNIFE OR FORK, JUST TAKE ONE WITH YOUR HAND AND PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH. BE CAREFUL, IT MAY BE VERY HOT.

INGREDIENTS: -POTATOES -EGGS -OLIVE OIL -SALT RECIPE: 1.- PEEL OFF THE POTATOES AND CUT THEM INTO SMALL PIECES.
2.- USE A FRYING PAN WITH OLIVE OIL TO FRY THE POTATOES. DON’T USE THE OIL VERY HOT.
3.- WHISK SOME EGGS IN A BOWL, ADD THE FRIED POTATOES (THEY MUST BE TENDER). ADD SALT AND MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER.
4.-IN A FRYING PAN POUR OUT A FEW OLIVE OIL. WHEN IT’S HOT POUR OUT THE MIXTURE AND MOVE THE PAN FRECUENTLY. 5.-USE A PLATE ON THE PAN TO TURN THE OMELETTE UPSIDE DOWN AND MOVE THE PAN FRECUENTLY AGAIN.
6.- TAKE THE OMELETTE OUT FROM THE PAN AND…EAT IT. “ENJOY YOUR MEAL”
