The heart with wire symbolises how the individual deal with their mental health, how much it hurts as it the blood comes in and out of the vessels and arteries wishing that it someday stop, showing that they think that will be better to be dead as they will be at ease rather than be alive and feel like no one pays attention to them, they are left out or they are not important and other people do not care about them.
