Luis Frasco

I am a creative, versatile and committed architect. Besides my 5 years architecture graduation, I´ve oriented my additional training to the areas of construction sustainability and energetic efficiency, so I´m specially focused in rehabilitation and energetic retrofitting. I have large experience in luxury hotels, touristic infrastructures, housing, corporate offices, mixed use complexes, retail and industrial units. I´ve coordinated several design teams who developed my concepts, from licensing to detail drawings, but I can be very self-sufficient, mastering different drawing and modeling software (2D and 3D/BIM). I am assertive, pragmatic and very reliant, with an excellent learning curve concerning new skills and competences. I can be very autonomous but I work well in a team, and I am able to compromise and negotiate to achieve the best working solution. I consider myself very focused, responsible and self-motivated as well as communicative, sociable and positive.
