Atelier Della Casa
01 Un uplink for Lausanne
The concept is based on a sequence of relations that try to change the urban situation of the valley. The aim of this work is to connect “Le Vallon“ with the city of Lausanne and even more to transform the industrial district in sense of belonging to the city. Following this idea, two buildings react in two difCity Hall ferent strategic urban positions. The tower on the Place du Nord is dealing with the issue of the continuity of the city and the initiation of the Valley. The open block instead is dealing with the deffinition and revalorization of Place du Vallon. and

02 A Centre for Riehen
Due to the size of the designated lot, the project proposes a new piazza, a townhall and a block of apartments, that changes the configuration of the current Riehen downtown. The idea is to set this new piazza as a point of reference and as a much better conecCity Hall tor from the centre to the rest of the city. The town hall it’s then suppose to be the main building of the piazza and it tries to react to two very diferent fronts, from one side to the new piazza were the principal streets meet together, and in the other, to the baselsatrasse where in front we can find the old townhall together with the old part of the city till now pulled apart. and

03 City & Hall
Responding to the city and not only to the hall, the proposal it’s to redensify all the island from a “Tabula Rasa”, redefining the limits of it, and putting in the heart of the same a big structure that works as a hybrid. This building it’s suppose to become a new landmark in the center of Berlin and offer to it services that buCity Hall ildings can offer now just in the suburbs of the city. The hall it’s thought then, as a big cover square, served by multifunctional spaces with a traslucent roof that poses itself against the brick material of the overall units of the island masterplan. and

04 Windows on the Street
Taking inspiration on a personal reection around the Copenhagen buildings, this housing project tries to take profit and to give more power to its very tide and long lot by creating a continuous load-bering facade with a doble circulation system presented as enfilades placed just in proximity to it and allowing to bring all the interior day life activity scene to its facade.

05 Walk - Footbridge - Viewpoint
Located in a context marked by the closeness of an existing faction of the museum and an area rich of trees. The idea was to compose a building with two different joined blocs, posing itself in a way were they modify the existing journey by closing a existing walk but creating a new square around one sculpture and generating new interactions between art, people and the building itself. In addition for the comprehensive intervention were taking as reference the already constructed architecture language of the museum with continued white brick walls and transparent corridors.

06 La Maison du Savoir
The intention is to create a place of culture, sharing and a reference point for Le Grand - Lahou (Ivory Coast). It tries to react on the use of local materials and crafting knowings with the possibility of producing a multifunctional space, that would be the first building of a school. The shelves modules are oriented in such a way that they are visible like a library from the entrance and as a wooded wall from the bottom of the room.
