THE GENBAND LOGO The GENBAND logo is the most fundamental part of our corporate identity. It is crucial to express our logo in a consistent manner across all touch points. Sophisticated and recognizable within the industry, the logo is our primary brand identifier and must appear in every GENBAND communication.
The official GENBAND logo consists of red rings with black type on a white background.
You may use a completely reversed-out version of the logo – rings and word mark in white – to show the logo on a colored background. No other color variations are permitted.

INAPPROPRIATE LOGO USAGE Do not modify the logo under any circumstances, no matter how small the change. Examples of modifications that compromise the logo’s integrity include the following.

GENBAND RINGS AS A STAND-ALONE DEVICE When used as a stand-alone device, the only two colors the rings may appear in are PMS 485 Red and PMS 877 Silver. The only time the rings should appear in PMS 877 Silver is on a black or white background, and this requires special approval from a Brand Guardian. PRODUCT LINE LOGOS Product line logos refer specifically to groups of products that are uniquely branded together as solution packages. The same rules of orientation that apply to the GENBAND logo apply to these. The minimum clear space is the height of the word mark within the logo on all sides.
OTHER LOGOS Various other logos are used in some situations. Please observe the minimum clear space for each as shown. If you are unsure of whether or not a logo is applicable in any instance, please request confirmation at ContactGB@genband.com.

PRODUCT ICONS Various product and app icons represent the products and services GENBAND provides and should be used only when describing the product or app. The minimum clear space is one-quarter the width of the icon on all sides. In a piece with multiple icons, icons should be of equal size and either left- or top-justified.

Occasionally hardware photography must be used when describing specific models of equipment. Always be sure to provide the right image in the context of specifications or description; and when presenting multiple items, try to provide them at a consistent size and scale. SMART PILLARS Smart pillar graphics may be used when introducing a group of products or solutions that fall directly within that pillar’s domain. When describing or presenting products or solutions individually, smart pillar attribution may not be used.
SMART SOLUTIONS Smart Solutions represents groups of products that enable network capabilities within the SMART EXPERIENCE pillar. • Do not create additional Smart Solutions. • Do not refer to Smart Solutions outside the context of the SMART EXPERIENCE pillar.

ACCESS TO LOGOS AND IMPLEMENTATIONS If you are unsure whether the logo you are using in documents is in its correct format, please replace it with one of the approved logos, which can be found at https://portal.genband.com/sites/mkt/pages/mkt_home.aspx, or contact a Brand Guardian for assistance.
BRAND GUARDIANS GENBAND evolves with the industry, as does our visual identity. Although these guidelines will be updated from time to time, you may encounter a situation that is not addressed. You may also come across a problem that seems impossible to solve without breaking the rules, or you may want some help with applying the rules. In any case, please contact our Brand Guardians, who have the authority to make exceptions to the rules and can help you with any application issues.
