SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL Totley Primary - Permanent Expansion Phase 2 - Mid Tender Briefing 20TH SEPTEMBER 2017 MID TENDER BRIEFING DOCUMENT
INTRODUCING THE TEAM
I am very pleased to be able to introduce the key members of our proposed team to deliver the Totley Primary School, Sheffield and build upon the excellent relationship we have with yourselves on the schemes we are currently delivering at Aldine House and Medico Legal.
The Esh Build team, led by Andy Geraghty, have the experience, enthusiasm and drive to produce the new facility at Totley for Sheffield County Council. The individuals you are meeting today have over 90 years of combined experience in delivering buildings of the highest quality. Their experience, much of it gained in Sheffield and Yorkshire, has been acquired across numerous sectors. They have, importantly, worked together on past projects very successfully as members of the same team. Their experience reflects the diversity and knowledge that Esh Build, as a privately-owned company, has built across the North of England over the last 40 years. We are delighted to have as part of team Jefferson Sheard Architects and Waterman Structures, who have a wealth of education experience in Yorkshire and for Sheffield City Council. Both practices are based in Sheffield and will deliver the scheme from these offices. Having reviewed the tender documents, we are excited at the prospect of working with your team once again to deliver and expand this important education facility for Sheffield. We hope today to clarify certain key areas of the tender documentation, and to give you a flavour of our approach, our ability and knowledge, and our commitment to working with you to produce a first class education facility building upon the excellent relationships we have established during the two current live schemes.
