Seeking shadows through light. Preliminary Studies. Year One Primer Through an exercise involving planes and lines, a structured permutation resulted in a corner lamp with “L� angles stacked upwards.
The Artist Retreat Private Housing Year One Project Serving as a retreat villa for the client who is an artist, this private residential project incooperates traditional tropical architectural elements such as louvered windows, a central courtyard space as well as pitch roofs.

Construction Sequence of the concrete elements
Sited near the city center, this medium high rise residential aims to promote greenery as a form of visual and physical breakaway from the concrete jungle surrounding.
Conceptualised water harvesting system for the building
Final Year Project
Slated to become the next major arts and cultural centre in the city, this project aims to draw in the younger crowds nearby to become more involved in the arts scene. As such, ample space is crafted and set aside for ad hoc events.

Other Projects Waterscape Design In an attempt to promote a greener city, this project aims to transform an existing cityscape to integrate with nearby water bodies (canals, ponds) and enhance the landscape of the area.
Sustainable Design A temporary kiosk installation at a crowded city street made primarily from recyclable/ renewable materials.
Solar Living Lab A multi-disciplinary project proposal for the school to construct an fully equipped experimental lab. Undergoing tender stage as of May 2013.
Proposed New National Library (Singapore) National Library to be built within city center to appeal to youths. Bearing the concept of an urban playground, the design largely revolves around creating visual attraction.
