Standard logo position

The Fuse logo must never be altered or recreated without the prior permission of Fuse. It is essential that the logo is used correctly and consistently in all forms of communication. It should never be redrawn, modified or enclosed in a box or frame (unless specified in this manual).

The space around the logo is equally important as the logo itself. Whenever words or designs appear near the logo, a freezone should be considered around it. Nothing can be put here, neither texts nor drawings or photographs. Keeping an amount of space around the logo not only enhances its appearance, the freezone also helps to position the logo correctly on a format. The freezone can be larger than illustrated, or the unit space shown can be added on repeatedly but it should never be smaller.

As a general rule, third parties may not use the Fuse logo ("logo"). On this page are the limited circumstances under which third parties may use the Fuse logo. The logo must always be used pursuant to the specif ications on this page to identify Fuse Corporation, or Fuse products or ser vices. Any use that falls outside of these specif ications is strictly prohibited. The logo is the most important aspect of the brand identit y. It is also the starting point for a complex system of regulations and distinctive variations. As it is important to follow

those rules it is also important to apply the logo sensibly and with a certain creative intelligence. Simply stamping the logo onto ever y item of communication does not make a friendly and contemporar y brand identit y. Always remember that the logo itself can not be the solution to all communication problems. It represents the values of the company but it can never replace those. The qualit y of the offering, good customer ser vice and a pleasant interior are the basis on which the logo and the corporate identit y operates.

SUPPORTING COLOR The colours of the logo and its variations are specif ied in Pantone* (for single colour printing), CMYK (for four colour offset printing), and RGB (for web use, on screen presentations and pdf ’s). RGB colours are specif ied in this manual for Adobe CS6. Offset printing with Pantone inks: When possible, a spot color should be used for your logo -- this is the best way to reproduce Fuse red (PANTONE 172 C).

Offset printing with 4-color process inks: If specifying a spot color is not possible, the 4-color process (CMYK) method of printing may be used to print your Fuse logo. 4-color process printing is acceptable, although it is not the preferable way to reproduce our logo. In 4-color process printing the Fuse red color will only be simulated.

In addition, there is a supporting color for when communications have a consumer or enterprise focus.

TINTS Tints should only be used as an exception for the graphic design or any printed material. Tints of the above palette colours can be used as background colours and in charts and diagrams when a clear visual hierarchy of information is needed. Tint percentages: Use only the percentages shown on this page. Never use a tint less than 30% On this level it is important to keep the established colour scheme consistent and recognizable as it is linked with individual teas.
