Lumifer

Lumifer was established in 2014 by architect Javier Robles, whose passion for designing lighting and furniture and multicultural background inspire him to create the unique and extraordinary in every design. Lumifer crafts sophisticated works that capture the rare, timeless beauty found in his inspirations. Each piece is fabricated in New York City, with glass blowers and leather workers in Brooklyn, carpenters and upholsterers in Brooklyn and Queens, and metal fabricators in the Bronx. Using both industrial and natural materials, our designs incorporate detailing and machining in each component. We implement mechanical and chemical procedures that transform the mundane with new expressions of texture and depth to achieve a new language of sophistication in the luxury market.
