Briannas Marinades

What began as handcrafted batches of salad dressing for Briannas in a little family kitchen in Austin, Texas, has grown to include an incredible line of flavorful, high-quality salad dressings and, now, marinades. The new line of marinades reimagines classic flavors with high-quality ingredients produced in small batches. Use these versatile marinades as finishing sauces, salad dressings, wing sauces, and much more. Flavors include smoked chipotle and lime, classic steak, citrus Mediterranean, roasted garlic and herb, and Sriracha honey ginger.

Monari Federzoni Glazes

For over 100 years, Monari Federzoni has been an industry leader and family business demonstrating a special passion for balsamic vinegar. They have never strayed from growing grapes for all their vinegars in the Modena, Italy, countryside. Building on that passion and history, they’ve introduced two new glazes—marsala and apple cider vinegar. The marsala wine variety has a distinctive, intense aroma that pairs perfectly with beef, chicken, and fresh and dried fruits. The delicate taste of the Italian apple cider vinegar is pleasantly creamy, fragrant, and slightly sweet. Try it on aged cheeses, crackers, and croissants.

L&B Cocktail and Seafood Sauces

Our delicious cocktail and seafood sauces come in several zesty flavors perfect for entertaining. If you prefer a bright, bold citrus flavor, try the Meyer lemon and shallot cocktail sauce. We love it with shrimp, of course, but it also makes an outstanding marinade for salmon and halibut. And just in time for spring, our new lemon caper sauce joins the lineup. It adds a tangy, delicious flavor boost to fish, chicken, and pork and can be used as a remoulade on lobster, fish, and crab. If you’re more of a traditionalist, try our original horseradish sauce, which is spiked with a dash of horseradish.

L&B Bakery Cookies

Get your cookie fix without the work, thanks to L&B Bakery Cookies. Our chef-crafted cookies use our proprietary all-butter recipe, which makes them soft, chewy, and perfectly sweet. Our bakers created an impressive lineup of traditional favorites, such as chocolate chip, M&M, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, sugar, crinkle, and iced ginger. And, new this spring, are our confetti cookies. Packed with bright sprinkles, they’re perfect for birthday celebrations or any day that needs a little sparkle. Look for 13-count cookie packages in the bakery department.

L&B Spaghetti Vegetable Salad

This delicious pasta salad is back by customer demand! Our chefs combine freshly diced cucumbers, tomatoes, and green bell peppers with spaghetti noodles and then toss everything in Italian dressing and Salad Supreme Seasoning. It may seem basic, but don’t let this salad fool you! It’s packed full of zest and flavor. It makes a great side dish for any meal and is a delightful vegetarian option. Available at the deli service counter.

Combine these sauces with your favorite proteins and vegetables in the slow cooker, pressure cooker, or stovetop. The L&B Meal Starter Sauce collection includes meatloaf starter, pot roast starter, coq au vin starter, and smoky pork marinade. The L&B Global Sauce collection includes Korean barbecue, tikka masala curry, teriyaki stir-fry, and sweet Thai chili.
