BALLSTON Life is full in Ballston, a hip, smart, sophisticated neighborhood with great shopping, dining, fitness options — and a youthful vibe.

Casual and fun, Langston Boulevard is a lively stretch of parks, restaurants and historic spots that appeal to all ages. National Landing, an area that makes up Virginia’s largest walkable downtown, encompasses three vibrant neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City and Potomac Yard.

CRYSTAL CITY An innovation and technology hub — and home of Amazon HQ2 — fast-transforming Crystal City is a high-energy urban community. PENTAGON CITY Named for the world’s largest office building, Pentagon City is a shopping hotspot less than a mile from the Potomac River.

COLUMBIA PIKE Called “the world in a zip code,” Columbia Pike is one of Arlington’s most culturally diverse neighborhoods along its 3.5-mile length.

COURTHOUSE Boasting a livable urban design, Courthouse blends the liveliness of a small city with the residential quiet of a suburb.

SHIRLINGTON Life in this residential neighborhood revolves around the outdoor cafes, buzzy restaurants and eclectic shops of the strollable Village at Shirlington.

WESTOVER A model of mid-century urbanism, Westover is a cozy residential neighborhood with restaurants and shops along tree-lined streets.
