Your wedding day is quickly approaching, and all of the details are starting to fall into place. You might be feeling overwhelmed, but I’m here to help! One of the most important decisions you can make is deciding on a photographer for the big day. With so many options out there, I are honored that you have con- sidered me to document your wedding. I have spent years finding the perfect locations, poses, and lighting techniques that show off my clients naturally & beautifully. I’ve put hours and hours into research- ing the best looks, hair & makeup tips, and wardrobe ideas that make my portrait sessions truly unique. Snapping a photo is easy, but directing a client and leading them confidently throughout their shoot is something entirely different. This is something I not only strive to do - I guarantee it with each and every client who graces the front of our cameras. Add more personality to your photos by choosing the location of your session! Whether it’s the local coffee shop or a Whether it local park where you first met your soon-to-be spouse, let us know if there is a place that is sentimental to you!

Sessions are scheduled 4-6 months in advance. Cancellations and reschedules must be made via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to your session. Retainers are non-refundable.

PAY ME N T A 50% non-refundable retainer is required in order to secure your wedding date. The remaining 50% of your balance is due two weeks prior to your session.

WH AT TO WE A R Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Patterns, bold colors, and accessories photograph really well. Feel free to get creative with your wardrobe!

PHOTO TIP:

Plan an intimate ‘first look’ to make the most out of the beautiful lighting before your ceremony. Guests will be thrilled that they don’t have to wait long after the vows, as most of the family photos will already be out of the way.

PREPARING FOR THE BIG DAY

WEDDING DAY TIPS: Gather all your details before the day starts so we can photograph them quickly! This makes the getting-ready portion of the day go by much more smoothly, and it allows us to spend more time focusing on the spontaneous moments when everyone is together.

A: I take all of my photos in intimate, relaxed settings and try to use natural lighting as often as possible. My sessions are candid & fun! Instead of being intrusive, I allow the couple to engage with one another as they would on a regular day.

Q: H OW MA N Y PH OT OG R A PH E R S WI LL BE T H E R E AT OU R WE D D I N G? A: Most of my wedding collections come with one photographer, although you can always add on a second photographer for an additional cost.

Q: WI LL WE GE T F E AT U R E D I N A MAGA Z I N E OR BLOG? A: Although some of my sessions do get featured, this is not something that is guaranteed. Most publishers are interested in colorful, uniquely designed weddings!

Q: D O YO U PH O T OGR A PH E LOPE ME N T S? A: Of course! Depending on availability and the number of hours you have set aside for photography, I have special rates for weekday weddings and elopements. I just love the intimate setting created between a couple as they exchange vows in an alternative fashion.

Q: WILL WE GET THE PRINT RELEASE TO OUR PHOTOS AFTER OUR WEDDING?

Yes! Upon receiving your images, you will also get a full print release.

I love destination weddings and have been lucky enough to travel all over the country shooting weddings. Q: D O I H AVE TO OR D E R PR I N TS T H R O U G H YOU ? A: I highly recommend ordering prints through my professional vendors, but it is not required. The difference in quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so I encourage clients to let us help with prints!

Q: WH AT E QU I PME N T D O YO U U SE ? A: I use all of the latest Sony digital photography equipment and lenses. I also use Mamiya medium format ﬁlm cameras and lenses. All our digital cameras and lenses have a backup in the rare event that anything should happen to one of our pieces.

Q: A R E T H E C O U PLE S ON YOU R SI T E MOD E LS? A: While I am lucky enough to work with gorgeous couples, the images shown on my site and blog are of regular, paying clients unless otherwise stated.

HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?

A 50% retainer and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. Two weeks prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.
