LIBATIONS FROM THE WILLCOX HOTEL, AIKEN, SC THE POLO PARISIAN

Created by John "Goose" a decade ago, this cocktail has become a favorite between the locals before and after Sunday Polo Matches.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2oz vodka, • 1oz St Germain • 1oz cranberry juice, • 1/2 lime juiced

METHOD:

1. pour all ingredients into a mixing glass 2. fill glass with ice 3. shake well 4. strain into a chilled martini glass & garnish with a flaming orange peel.
