• Second is the Sunnyside Guest House, Southport. Again they're doing a brilliant job, but their names are nowhere to be seen! The website has no clear customer journey and the home page is mostly about them, but they're hitting the spot with guests and, with a little work on thinking through the customer experience online, they'll do even better.
