STRENGTHS COACHING LEADERSHIP
LUXURY BUSINESS INSTITUTE KOREA
BUILD COLLABORATIVE & ENGAGED TEAMS
INTRODUCTION Have you ever wished to become a perfect leader or hoped to have a flawless team member? Through the opportunities to work in various fields, including hospitality, retail, and education consulting, I have had the chances to meet a few professionals who were ‘close’ to perfect in workplace. However, these outstanding individuals cannot perform business solely by themselves, and I too, though always striving to improve, cannot achieve everything by myself. Through LBI’s Strengths Coaching Leadership, participants are able to discover and understand personal talents and further manifest them into strengths. The ultimate purpose of this program is to acquire managing skills as a coach based on strengths

in order to enhance team performance. While working at a retail company, I was lucky to attend the global leadership development program and had a six-month learning journey. The program began with a session for self- awareness. And during the following 1:1 coaching session, I experienced an ‘aha’ moment with the following advice: there is a greater chance of becoming an outstanding leader by focusing on developing strengths rather than overcoming weaknesses. I hope to share this ‘aha’ moment with everyone through the Strengths Coaching Leadership program. Thank You Rachel Kwon President of LBI Korea
