Q: You clearly have a passion for your work and the community. How did that develop? ALLAN: I do! As someone from Scotland who has traveled internationally and visited many residential communities all over the world, it’s a dream come true to live and work in North Scottsdale and to be a part of DC Ranch and the developer’s prescient vision of a multigenerational community. I have many friends and clients whose children ride their bikes to visit grandparents within the community. And recently, that has been more important than ever. I work with so many folks, whether upsizing or downsizing, who choose to stay in DC Ranch. For me, that is the ultimate testament to the success of the community. I consider myself truly blessed to represent clients here. Q: What sets DC Ranch apart from other residential golf communities? ALLAN: I’ve always appreciated the beauty and sanctuary that Scottsdale and DC Ranch provide. But, never more than during the last year or so.
