ALLAN: “Early on, I learned the meaning of hard work and how a commitment to excellence can pay off,” explained MacDonald. There has never been room for short cuts. Ours is a rapidly changing industry and Scottsdale, as a community, continues to grow and mature. I’ve been here, navigating through the ups and downs, so I have a lot of experience to share.
