There is a large dining room with butler’s pantry for storage and additional room for entertaining. The living room has incredible views of the pool, landscaping, marsh, and creek. The living room has a gas fireplace with marble surround and custom cast-concrete mantel.

The chef’s kitchen has vaulted and beamed ceilings and a large bay of windows to enjoy the view while cooking. There is a large center island with granite countertops, tons of storage, undercounter microwave, and built-in chef’s table for bar seating. There is a commercial grade

60” Wolf 6-burner gas range with skillet, Dacor hood vent, pot-filler, and travertine backsplash. There are full size, custom-paneled Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer. The custom cabinetry throughout the home was done by Hostetler cabinetry. There are two hammered copper sinks in the kitchen. This truly is the kitchen for a chef to entertain. There is also a “back kitchen” and pantry both with sliding barn doors. The back kitchen has granite countertops, porcelain sink, ice maker, two wine refrigerators, extra dishwasher, travertine subway tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and tons of extra storage. The pantry has built-in shelving as well as an additional refrigerator. Just off of the kitchen is a breakfast room which can also serve as a smaller lounge area or TV room.

The breakfast room leads out to the fabulous screened porch which is an outdoor dream. It has tall vaulted and beamed ceilings, stained tongue and groove flooring, dining area, summer kitchen equipped with Dacor grill, copper hood vent, Dacor two-burner cooktop, and granite countertops. There is a large wood-burning fireplace with Charleston brick hearth and surround that goes from hearth to ceiling. There is a living area surrounding the fireplace for our perfect Fall weather.

Back inside the home is a large office space with custom cabinetry, two built-in desks, butcher block island for a hobby surface, and a sink with granite countertops. The office is connected to a large laundry room with two front loader washing machines and two front loader dryers, tons of cabinet space, granite countertops, laundry sink, and plenty of room for folding. There is a two-stop hydraulic elevator with custom wood paneling inside. There is a full bath just past the office and laundry room which is perfect for a “pool shower” or when you are just coming off the dock or boat!

There is a large den/family/Billiards room with mahogany French doors and pocket doors. Enjoy built-in bookshelves with TV, sitting area, designated Billiards area and lighting, beamed ceilings, and full bar with wine granite countertops, hammered copper bar sink, full size wine storage with custom copper door, under cabinet lighting, wine refrigerator, and tin ceiling tiles. There is a half-bath with access to the back patio which also conveniently serves as a pool bath. There is guest bedroom on the first floor with en suite full bath with tub shower and all custom tile work.

The master suite has gorgeous French doors leading outside to the back patio and pool area, sitting area, and two custom walk-in closets. One of the closets doubles as a dressing room and has all custom built-in closet systems including an island with granite countertops, and drawers for jewelry storage, built-in window seat, and hidden jib door with full-size safe.
