Ha. That’s the popular question, isn’t it? I’m attracted to pursuits of excellence that change lives. What better way to leave a lasting mark on my community than through real estate? Every day, I bring my world-champion discipline and elite standards to creating huge wins for my customers and to serve my entire community.
Let’s talk about service. You prioritize service in a way that is unique. Walk us through your process.
It’s simple, really, even though it’s not always easy. My hunger to excel pushes me to serve my clients in a way that separates me from Realtors who don’t understand elite competition the way I do. Still, it’s giving back that feeds me. I’ve built it into every part of my business. A portion of every dollar I make is distributed to local organizations. Every week, the Domenech Group gets together to serve through a program we call ‘Labor Day.’ We roll up our sleeves and provide free labor for those in our community who need us most. Mowing lawns, painting, repairing fences, we’ve done it all. I mean, what’s the point of all this success if you’re not paying it forward?
In Brazilian Jujitsu, you achieved the highest rung by winning the world title. What title do you strive for real estate?
I used to measure my success through awards and won quite a few of them. International Rookie of the Year, multiple national service awards, Innovator of the Year, and so on. They’re great and my team and I worked hard
to earn them. Then my son was born. He is my morning, noon, and night. It’s incredible what that kind of love breaks open in you. Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “Great ness is measured by service.” I am determined to model that standard of greatness for Elias, so together, we leave a legacy of true impact on the Emerald Coast. I love when
