I entered the Real Estate field in the spring of 1973. Fred Holland had recently opened an office in Folly Beach, he also had an office in Myrtle Beach . I interviewed for the job and got it. I was raised on Folly so I knew all the properties and most of the residents. I took my real estate exam and the rest is history. 40 years later I still enjoy what I do and look forward to each day. What makes me unique in my field is that I know my product. I keep up with all the changes in the city, the market , and of course the beach itself.
