Highlighting interior views of a property is one of the most important factors of marketing real estate. Most Realtors understand the importance of having a wide-angle lens; however, many do not realize that a full frame DSLR Camera is just as critical in order to capture these wide-angle views. The two main types of cameras used among professional photographers include: 1) Crop sensor DSLR and 2) Full frame sensor DSLR. The major difference is that photos from crop sensor DSLR cameras show approximately 50 to 60 percent less area than photos taken on full frame sensor DSLR cameras. These photos were taken from the same location in a condo recently sold by Jack Tyrrell at Hokua in Honolulu. The condo was originally listed for $4.388 million, which was the highest listing price among all Hokua units at that time, and the condo sold for $4.288 million.
