Hi Craig! It’s a pleasure to speak with you today.

Can you tell us, what is the best part about working at The Broadway? I’d have to say seeing new and existing residents all the time, and hearing how much they love living at The Broadway. It’s a healthy dose of accountability to live up to the promises you make. As a bonus I get to work with my wife, Nicole. We’ve been a team one way or another for the past 21 years.

What was the biggest “learning moment” of your career? Great question! Coming from the Chicago market I had a lot to learn about San Antonio, and moving here is one of the best decisions we could've made for our family. It’s so easy to fall in love with San Antonio from the friendly people, beautiful weather and, of course, breakfast tacos. It’s been the most fun I’ve had on a learning curve!

Who do you admire? The more I learn of Red McCombs’ accomplishments the more I admire him.

I’m grateful he has brought me together with a great executive team led by Harry Adams and Lee Battle, but if it wasn’t for the enterprise Red has built, I wouldn’t be here. The McCombs organization shares their success through the McCombs Foundation, and for Nicole and I giving back has always been a big part of our lives. I love success stories and Red and his family are a great one!

So what’s next for the luxury real estate market in San Antonio? With such low inventory in great locations and the increasing population, the luxury real estate market in San Antonio will keep going up. That’s great news for our residents!

Absolutely. Do you think there is a secret to selling luxury real estate? I'm not sure if there’s a secret - luxury means accommodating our residents whether it means knocking down a wall for a larger living room, to not compromising on amenities. That’s what luxury is all about – the freedom to get exactly what you want.

Definitely. Ok now onto some personal questions.

What is your favorite food and tell me something not everyone may know about you. I had to think about this one for a split second. Pizza – the perfect, well-rounded food and very healthy. What people may not know is I have a twin brother who lives in Chicago.
