Jura House is a contemporary new-build house set within a conservation area in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire replacing an existing 1970s dwelling on a large plot, surrounded by open countryside. Comprising four large bedrooms, gym, mezzanine entertainment room, and a stunning open-plan kitchen and living space; the home takes full advantage of its beautiful position with each space crafted to accentuate the magnificent views and connect with the landscape. Described by the conservation officer as a ‘breath of fresh air’, we worked closely with the client and local authority to gain planning consent and bring this ground-breaking design to life. This house encapsulates our ‘complete’ approach to design, in addition to the architecture we were responsible for the creation of the interiors, lighting and landscape design.
