Our Company: History, Mission and Culture

• Participants will get acquainted with the history, the mission and the corporate culture of the Company.

• Our trainers will explain a “value” notion, determine the importance of priority values.

• Personality is formed under the influence of the vlaues.

Recruitment Training Training members will learn about a hiring procedure that provides a recruitment structure, specifies operating procedures and process documentation, determine a list of necessary hiring documents and provides effective integration of new employees.

New Employees and Their Integration The aim of the training is

to facilitate the reception of new information of employees, to reveal professional abilities and skills as well as to open their personal capabilities and assist in joining a structural unit and a system of mutual relations in the Company.

Team Building Training The main task of the training is to create a successful team of professionals and form the only understanding of the Company’s general goals and tasks; to increase employees’ effectiveness performance by means of cooperation skills and mutual help; create staff management skills.

Hospitality Training Each employee should understand the importance of guests and service culture in an ever changing world of the hospitality industry. Each employee must possess all essential communicative skills for successfully improve guests’ satisfaction.

Service and Quality Standards The aim of the training is to increase a level of quality service in Lviv Handmade Chocolate, to teach employees to speak with guests politely and master the art of creating positive first impression.

Communication Training. Dealing with Difficult and Angry Guests The program includes developing management and communicative skills, having skills to sell goods (products, services) and working in conflict and stressful situations.

Bar Management The training deals with different methods of coffee drinks preparation, professional barista personality demands and ways of improving these features; how to organize a professional barista working place, handle with guests, conflicts and how to avoid conflict situations.

Chocolatier School A practical training will give you an opportunity to learn about chocolate history, production particularities, a tempering technique and an artistic chocolate approach experience.

Active Selling Techniques

The training is directed to receive operational skills in the main selling stages: to make a contact, to find out guest’s requests, to speak about products and services, to deal difficult guests and finalize selling. Participants go from non-structural selling to an effective system.

Management Skills and a Shift Management System This program includes improving skills that allow a manager to build up a management system from setting a goal to estimating achieved results; to develop leader’s qualities that help a manager to involve co-workers in the process of achieving a goal; to take them with the least expenses towards the biggest results.
