Frequently Asked Questions
How should the product be stored once it has been received?
It should be stored horizontally on a flat surface.
How can the products be repaired?
Although they are very strong and impact resistant, we have repair kits available for our customers.
Can the product be cut?
Yes, with a diamond cutting disc.
How do you clean the product?
Neutral soap and water applied with a sponge should be used. Never use abrasive products or tools.
What material should be used to install the products?
To stick and/or seal the products use MS flexible polyurethane sealant and/or neutral silicone.
For regular cleaning use a universal cleaning agent with non abrasive properties, or any mild dish soap and water.
After each use the inner surface must be rinsed with water and cleaned with a cotton cloth. For more stubborn stains (grease, mildew, oil, paint or ink stains), use a mild abrasive cleaner. It may take a little more scrubbing to actually remove marks.
In order to maintain the aesthetics of a product it is recommended to use skin care oil once per month.
Stronger dirt must be treated with warm water, with gentle cleaning agents or a soap solution with water. Scratches on the surface may be treated with a rough sponge and then maintained with oil.
Cleaning & Maintenance Guide Warranty
Our AdStone Shower Trays come with a lifetime year warranty according to the existing European regulations. The following circumstances shall void the warranty:
– Damage caused by misuse
– Unsuitable storage and handling of the product
– Incorrect use of cleaning products
– Inappropriate installation of the product
Limescale may be treated with a solution of water and vinegar.
The temperature of the water used to clean the washbasin must not be hotter than 70°c and for the bathtub and the shower tray it must not be hotter than 75°c. Cleaning products must not be used and care must be taken when using products with natural or artifical dyes. Before using a detergent on the product, try it first on a hidden spot. Inappropriate care of the product might damage it and void the warranty.

Invigorating yet soothing, our high performance whirlpools can be fitted to many of our Contemporary Baths within the Single Ended and Double Ended Collection.
Operating the Whirlpool System
Adamsez 8 Whirlpool
Activate the system by pressing the single pneumatic push button. Select the required performance level by individually adjusting the air intake control button and water speed control button.
The directional jets can be adjusted by the bather to specifically target where you would like to receive the warm massaging effect of the whirlpool.
12 Whirlpool
Activate the system by pressing the start button on the electronic control. At low speed, the whirlpool generates a gentle massage, but at the touch of the keypad, the system moves into turbo power for optimum performance.
A third button activates the pulsar effect which gives fully variable turbulence, alternating automatically between high and low level speeds. For total peace of mind, press the next key to activate the hygiene management system, which is a superbly integrated self-cleaning system.
A high quality halogen spotlight is available as an optional extra. Designed for user safety and appeal, the effect of the light will influence the whole bathing experience.

Underwater Light
Caring for your system
With proper care and attention, your Adamsez bath should last you a lifetime. To maintain the high gloss finish on your bath, use only a soft cloth and warm soapy water. The hygiene management programme on the 12 and 18 whirlpools provides an excellent self-cleaning function for your system.
The appealing tones of light reflecting in water create a relaxing and soothing mood in the bathroom. Why not enjoy an underwater light in your own whirlpool bath? This high quality LED underwater light has been designed for user safety and appeal. Available in chrome, the effect of the light will influence your whole bathing experience.
Controls
The individual controls on the Adamsez 8 whirlpool allow you to achieve great adjustability and performance. A single pneumatic push button activates the system while the range on the other two controls allows you to select the appropriate air intake level and water speed to suit your individual bathing requirements.
Electronic Controls
Both the Adamsez 12 and 18 whirlpools have an attractive electronic touchpad control for your convenience and ease of use. This sophisticated control allows you to select the desired level of turbulence at a simple touch and incorporates hygiene management, pulsar effect and underwater light option. So easy to use, yet so comprehensive in its functions.
Jets
The Adamsez 8 whirlpool has 4 jets neatly positioned down either side of your bath. The 69mm diameter jets are directional to enable you to target specifically where you would like to receive the warm massaging effect of your whirlpool. The other systems will be fitted with either 12 or 18 chrome jets 42mm in diameter. The jets are carefully positioned around the inner contours of the tub to ensure that your back and feet can specifically benefit from the stimulating yet soothing effect of hydro massage. These powerful jets allow for an exceptionally invigorating body massage.
