Specification 1. Cabinets
Our cabinets are supplied fully built; if required they can be de-constructed on site. Our cabinets are an in-frame product; they are individual pieces of furniture ready to install. Plinth is included within the price of the cabinets. Cabinet interiors available in: • Oak or Walnut MFC • Oak or Walnut Veneer • Painted MDF
2. Doors & Frames
Our shaker doors are made from 26mm thick maple, mortise and tenon 80mm wide rails, with a 12mm MDF centre panel. Our 45mm frames are made from tulipwood and are available with or without a staff bead (cock bead). Tall doors can have centre rails set at any height to enable continuity around the kitchen.
3. Hinges
Our doors are pre-hung with butt hinges, and are shot on the cabinet on a level bench. As we all know, the real world is not level, and adjustment may be required after installation. Hinges are available in four finishes: • Antique • Chrome • Satin Chrome • Polished Brass *Concealed hinges are also available.
4. Catches
Our standard nickel magnetic catch has a pull of 6kg. Our premium soft-close oak block incorporates a 10kg pull and a soft-close damper.
