Choose from our stylish selection of decorative cabinet legs to add a unique finishing touch to your bathroom furniture. All legs are decorative, so cabinets should be mounted to walls with wall mounting kits and suitable fixings, in addition to the legs.

Wall Mounting Kit

All Atlanta cabinets are pre-drilled for wall mounting, making it easy to achieve a modular look and maximise on floorspace with floating units. Wall mounting kits are required if suspending units and should be secured using suitable wall fixings. One bracket can hold 65kg.

GUARANTEES

Our lifetime guarantee covers our furniture against faulty materials or manufacturing defects. This is offered provided our products have been installed and maintained in accordance with our installation and product care instructions. All products should be fitted in accordance with local by-laws and in line with good plumbing practice. Any electrical products should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Our lifetime guarantee excludes sanitaryware, handles, taps, mirrors, lights or any electrical or moving components. It does not cover normal wear and tear, which naturally and inevitably occurs during normal use.

The guarantee, which applies to the UK only, is limited to domestic use of the products and to the original homeowner. The guarantee is non-transferable between homeowners.

When installing any timber products in a bathroom environment it is important to provide adequate ventilation (such as an extractor fan). This prevents the buildup of condensation, which may be harmful to your product.

It is important that a waterproof sealant is used on all cut or raw edges and particular attention should be given to areas around the basin and bath. Failure to comply with these recommendations may invalidate your guarantee.

To activate the guarantee register online at www.atlantabathrooms.com/lifetime-guarantee. Within 60 days of purchase (otherwise a 12month statutory guarantee applies) This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that the product fails within the stated guarantee period, we will offer a replacement or replacement parts (or nearest equivalent). Liability is limited to individual products and does not cover consequential loss, damages or further installation costs involved. Any guarantee claims should be made in writing to the Customer Service Department enclosing a copy of the original invoice.

GUIDELINES FOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE

FURNITURE AND MIRRORS

Wipe up spills and condensation immediately with a clean cloth. We recommend that furniture be cleaned with a damp cloth, and then dried. Avoid using cleaners or polishes that contain abrasives, solvents, acid, or ammonia.

CAST MINERAL BASINS

Clean with a damp cloth, water and soap or very mild detergent, rinse, and polish with a soft cloth. Avoid using cleaners that contain abrasives, solvents, acid, or ammonia. Do not use caustic soda or bleaches. Full care instructions are included with the washbasin.

BASIN MIXERS & BATH FILLERS

Chrome and Black finishes should be cleaned with warm water and a soft cloth, rinsed, and then dried immediately. They should then be buffed with a dry, clean, soft cloth.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

FURNITURE

All timber finishes are wood effects. Although great care is taken in choosing matching finishes there may be some variation due to the different materials, suppliers, batches, and manufacturing processes used. The apparent colour of finishes may also vary under different lighting conditions, especially under artificial light.

TOLERANCE/PRODUCT DIMENSIONS

Due to the nature of materials and production processes the dimensions may vary within a tolerance of +/-2mm on furniture, +/- 2% on cast mineral basins, +/-5% on ceramic products. Cast basins are designed and guaranteed to be used with hot water up to a maximum temperature of 65ºC. This temperature must not be exceeded. The surfaces of ceramic products may contain imperfections. Sanitaryware may carry branding from relevant manufacturers.

INSTALLATION

It is important that a waterproof sealant is used on cut or raw edges and particular attention should be given to areas around the basin and bath.

COLOUR REPRODUCTION

Colour reproduction is as accurate as possible within the limitations of the printing process. Also note colours will vary under artificial light.

ALTERATIONS TO MATERIALS & SPECIFICATIONS

The Be Modern Group policy is one of continual improvement and development, we therefore reserve the right to alter materials and specifications without notice.

DELIVERY

The team at Be Modern take pride in what we do, and the services we provide. We aim to deliver 90% of our own manufactured products direct to the retailer utilising our Be Modern trained delivery team, ensuring first time and on time deliveries (subject to stock).

Our standard lead times on stocked products are; Fittedorder week one (by Wednesday 4.00pm) and the order will be delivered by close of business on week two (subject to stock). Modular - order week one (by Friday 4.00pm) and the order will be delivered by close of business on week three. If you require urgent items, we do offer a 48hr carrier service (72hr on selected postcodes) on selected sized items, subject to stock. The charge for our carrier service is £15 for items less than 30kg and £55 for items over 30kg (please speak with your Be Modern sales team to obtain further details).

Our express delivery is unavailable in the following postcode areas; AB10-16, AB21-40, all IV, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH15-41 and LL58-59. Instead we offer our standard order week one, deliver week three delivery service in these areas.

DAMAGES & RETURNS

All products should be inspected upon delivery and any damages must be reported within 3 working days. Goods which are damaged may be returned to the Company providing collection authority is received (according to our conditions of sale - details available at www.atlantabathrooms.com )

Our products are sold on a supply only basis and our guarantee does not cover installation or consequential costs incurred due to any product faults or defects with our products or services.

The preauthorized return of non-faulty products that are no longer required, will be subject to a re-stocking charge, and must be returned in suitable packaging for resale.
