Saving water and energy are two matters close to hansgrohe’s heart. And so we develop products for impressive water experiences with reduced resource consumption. Because we don’t want to make our customers choose between wellbeing and sustainability. As the use phase of mixers and shower heads installed in people’s homes is the most carbon-intensive, we are converting our entire water-bearing product range to water- and energy-saving technologies by 2030. We use recycled material whenever possible, for example in the hansgrohe Planet Edition. Our products are also robust, long-lasting, and easy to repair.
Wellness or climate protection? Our bathroom requirements are in competition with the growing need to conserve water and energy. An internal conflict for all of us. But does it have to stay this way? No. Hansgrohe’s Green Vision separates hygiene and wellbeing, thus enabling unlimited, almost waterless regeneration. The concept consists of two bathroom platforms: BASE is there for personal hygiene; SPHERE is a space for mental retreat. Our Green Vision has real future potential.
