Whistler offer a single door gas bottle cabinet, designed to store and hide up to a 13KG gas bottle with a supporting slide-in shelf within. With adjustable levelling castors, this unit can be adjusted to match the height of the other units. It is also possible to store up to a 13KG gas bottle within the 90 degree corner unit.
If you’re looking for a flexible approach when designing your outdoor kitchen, the 45 and 90 degree corner units offer the ultimate versatility, allowing you to create your kitchen based around the shape of your outdoor space.
Once you have decided on your configuration, you can simply attach the units together with butterfly screws, which can be reversed if you decide to change the layout. All that’s left to do is fire up the barbecue and enjoy your new outdoor entertaining space!

We offer adjustable levelling castors for all modular units, enabling you to adjust the height of each unit according to your patio or flooring, giving you a level and professional finish.
304 COOKING GRATES
Whistler cooking grates are manufactured from 304 stainless steel. The reason this high-grade material is used in many of our products is due to its resistance to oxidisation and corrosion. The chromium protects the product from oxidization and rust, and the higher the nickel content, the more resistant stainless steel is to corrosion. These can be bought as an accessory if the customer would like to swap out the cast-iron griddle plate with another grate.
WORK SURFACES
Whistler has introduced a brand new Laminam counter top material to this range. This high-quality, robust material has been used for the following reasons:

Has been specially developed to clean, shine and protect stainless steel surfaces in just one easy step, leaving a streak-free coated shine. This product effortlessly removes all dirt such as oil, grease, fingerprints etc, making the surface look like new again whilst adding a layer of protection. The 3in1 works in line with the power cleaner spray, acting as a conditioner.

Safely dissolves fats, proteins and starches quickly and effectively. This product is also suitable for all other water-resistant surfaces such as enamelled surfaces, glass, ceramic, granite, marble and plastic.

Product care
Although Whistler products are designed to last, using some of the highest grades of stainless steel, they still have to be well looked after and protected. Similar to a car, if you keep them clean and well maintained they will be trouble free for many years, leave them exposed to harsh elements and unprotected, they will deteriorate.

HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED HOW LONG SOMETHING TAKES TO COOK?
We all have. Let’s be honest. But what if we have been asking the wrong question all along? The best results come when you cook to temperature. For instance, chicken is cooked at 74*C although if you follow packet instructions it can sometimes cook for a further 20 minutes after it hits the ideal internal temperature, which won’t shock you to learn, leaves you with some very dry chicken!
So what is the best way to know when something is ready? Put quite simply – you need to add a meat thermometer to your kit list. Not only will this give you the confidence and knowledge to serve your guests perfect food every time, it will also allow you to check up on your cook without lifting the lid of your BBQ – if you’re looking, it’s not cooking!
