Feeder lambs were steady to sharply lower on comparable tests. Slaughter ewes traded mostly steady. In goats, slaughter kids traded steady to 5.00 lower. Slaughter nannies were 5.00 – 20.00 higher. Trade activity was good and demand was very good. In the sheep supply 31% slaughter lambs, 40% feeder lambs, 29% slaughter ewes and bucks. The goat supply consisted of 67% slaughter kids, 23% slaughter nannies and the balance billies and wethers. Sheep and lambs sold on a per cwt basis and goats sold on a per head basis unless otherwise noted.
