Compared to a week ago: Slaughter lambs traded with no test from last week. Slaughter ewes and bucks were unevenly steady. There was not enough feeder lambs for an adequate market test. In the goat supply slaughter kids traded 8.00 higher. Slaughter nannies/does traded mostly steady, while bucks/billies and wethers were too thinly traded for a market test. Trade activity and demand was good. In the sheep supply 34% slaughter lambs. 13% feeder lambs, 53% slaughter ewes and bucks and the remainder were bottle lambs ranging from 5-25 lbs that sold in a range of 18.00 – 35.00 per head. The goat supply consisted of 40% slaughter kids with the balance slaughter nannies, billies and wethers.
