A bilingual program with many benefits In our global society, learning a second language during childhood provides developmental and social benefits children will carry with them well after graduation. Two languages: twice as many books and stories to enjoy!

Individuals who are bilingual switch between two different language systems. Their brains are very active and flexible. They have enhanced levels of metalinguistic awareness (i.e., knowledge of how language works), proven to be essential to learning how to read. Research also shows that bilingual people have an easier time in understanding math concepts and solving word problems. They develop strong thinking skills, and tend to be better at focusing, remembering and making decisions.

Our students and their teachers often spend years together and share many formative moments.

The foundation for a lifelong passion for learning and exploring Once children have experienced the richness of discovering other languages and other cultures in a practical way, through school, peers and families, they develop a natural curiosity for Brainstorming session at the 2018 Start’up Lycée

Building bridges Throughout their education, LFSF students can benefit from the many bridges our teams build with the professional world.

The First Lego League, the Start’up Lycee, the Career Fair along with shadow weeks with professionals are some of the many examples of privileged connections with professionals.

Create your Start’Up and become an entrepreneur Every year, our students participate in this contest, first locally before meeting their peers on an international level. The teams create an app, develop content, feasibility, financing, and finally pitch their project in 4 minutes to a jury comprised of experienced entrepreneurs.
