The Assistant Professor of our school, Cristóbal Padilla Fortunatti, is Doctor of Nursing Sciences from the University of Miami and was recently awarded a Fondecyt Initiation research fund from the National Agency for Research and Development of Chile (ANID). The title of their project is "Incidence and Factors Associated with the Development of Post Intensive Care Syndrome in Family Members of Survivors in an Intensive Care Unit: An Exploratory Longitudinal Study" Through this study, she will deepen her line of research about psychosocial outcomes, needs and satisfaction in relatives of ICU patients.
