Our people are at the very heart of everything we do at Lynch, and the HS2 Project is an amazing of example of how our team are working hard to be the best they can be and get it right first time. HS2 is the biggest infrastructure project seen in the UK in a generation, incorporating over 343 miles of track and 30,000 workers. We know that we can only deliver the best possible service to our customers with great people working hard to make it happen.

We work closely with our great customers on HS2 to not only deliver the project, but also to be great neighbours, creating career opportunities, play an active role in the local communities where we are working and leaving a positive legacy not only today but long into the future, helping our customers build a better world.

We know that words are not enough, and we need action. This is only possible due our team role-modelling our behaviours: ■ Can Do ■ Passion ■ One Team ■ Respect

Working together we can achieve so much more than if we work in isolation from our teammates, our partners, our customers and all the great organisations working hard on the HS2 project.

In August 2021 we were awarded the highest ever project score to date on the SCS section of HS2 (919 out of 1000), which as a team we are hugely proud. This award could not be achieved if we didn’t embed our ONE TEAM behaviour into all that we do.

We are determined to continue prove that our vision is a reality, and we are being the best for our customers, which allows us to grow as a key partner to HS2. The level of performance achieved on HS2 cannot be achieved without each one of us doing our bit, and this is a fantastic team effort.

There is a very bright future of Lynch on HS2, and our team should be very proud of what we have achieved so far, and everything we will achieve moving forward.
