Sweet Potato Cinnamon Chips Prep: 10 mins Cook: 15 mins Yield: 2 Ingredients 5ml cinnamon 500g thinly sliced sweet potato 3/4 cup coconut oil A pinch of sea salt to taste

Instructions In a frying pan, heat oil over medium low heat. Put the chips into the pan as soon as bubbles rise up to surface. Cook until crisp and golden brown on each side. Remove to drain on a paper towel lined plate. Serve with cinnamon and salt sprinkled on top. Serves 4.

Optional Toppings 30g grated dairy�free dark chocolate 40g strawberry, quartered Instructions Combine the melted dark chocolate, yoghurt, milk and Stevia in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Scoop the mixture into serving bowls, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve the next day with grated chocolate and strawberry on top, if desired. p2

Ingredients 150 ml Greek yogurt 50g nutty granola (gluten‐free) 30g strawberries, cut in small pieces 30g blackberries 20g roasted almonds, sliced

Ingredients 3 sweet potatoes cut into wedges 1 tbsp coconut oil 5g cumin 1g paprika 2g sea salt dash cayenne pepper

Instructions In a parfait or tall glass, layer 3 scoops of yogurt into the bottom. Alternate layers of granola, almonds and berries with yoghurt until the glass is illed to the top. Serve immediately or

Baked Sweet Potato Strips

Instructions Pre‐heat the oven to 190 °C. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until potatoes are evenly coated with oil and spices. Line up potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and serve on a platter with your favorite dip.

Chilli Tropical Fruit Delight Prep: 10 mins Yield: 4

Ingredients 1 ripe mango, sliced into strips 1/2 small papaya, peeled and sliced into strips a pinch of salt, cayenne dash of chili powder zest of 1 lime Instructions Combine salt, spices and lime zest in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top for the fruit. Enjoy! Note: Great post‐workout snack

Kale Prep: 10 mins Cook: 20 mins Yield: 2 Ingredients 200g kale 1 tbsp coconut oil ½ lemon, juiced sea salt

Gently remove kale from the oven using a silicone spatula, and transfer into a serving tray. Serve with your favorite dip. Remaining chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Refrigerate the remaining chips.

Simply Yummy Guacamole and Blue Corn Chips Combo

Prep: 10 mins Yield: 4 Ingredients 12 pcs organic blue corn chips 1 large avocado, cut into halves and seed removed 20g inely chopped coriander 20g inely chopped green onion 2g coloured mineral salt Pinch of black pepper 2g tsp garlic powder 1/2 lemon, juiced 1/2 ripe tomato, seeds removed and chopped

Instructions Preheat oven to 190°C. Wash kale thoroughly and let dry. Remove stems from kale and tear each leaf into 6 – 8 pieces. In a container, gently toss kale with salt, oil and lemon. Arrange the leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until the kale leaves are dry and crisp.

Preparation: Cut the avocado in half and scoop the lesh into a medium bowl. Roughly mash the avocado using a fork. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add the garlic powder, chopped onion, tomato and coriander. Stir well. p4

Banana Bites

50g roasted cashew nuts 50g sun lower seeds 50g roasted almonds 50g sultanas 50g granola Combine all the ingredients in a container. Shake to mix. Makes 8 servings. To store, put the trail mix in an air‐ tight re‐sealable container.

Beetroot Crisp

Ingredients

Ingredients 2 small beets, peeled and thinly sliced almond lour coconut oil for frying salt to taste

2 bananas almond butter

Coat the beetroot slices in lour. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat. Fry beetroot slices in batches for 4 minutes on all sides or until crispy. Sprinkle with salt to taste while still hot. Serve warm. Serves 2 persons.

Instructions Slice bananas into half‐inch thick slices. Spread an even amount of almond butter on top of the slices and place another slice on top.
