Sweet Potato Cinnamon Chips Prep: 10 mins Cook: 15 mins Yield: 2 Ingredients 5ml cinnamon 500g thinly sliced sweet potato 3/4 cup coconut oil A pinch of sea salt to taste
Instructions In a frying pan, heat oil over medium low heat. Put the chips into the pan as soon as bubbles rise up to surface. Cook until crisp and golden brown on each side. Remove to drain on a paper towel lined plate. Serve with cinnamon and salt sprinkled on top. Serves 4.

Baked Sweet Potato Strips
Instructions Pre‐heat the oven to 190 °C. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until potatoes are evenly coated with oil and spices. Line up potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and serve on a platter with your favorite dip.

Ingredients 1 ripe mango, sliced into strips 1/2 small papaya, peeled and sliced into strips a pinch of salt, cayenne dash of chili powder zest of 1 lime Instructions Combine salt, spices and lime zest in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top for the fruit. Enjoy! Note: Great post‐workout snack

Gently remove kale from the oven using a silicone spatula, and transfer into a serving tray. Serve with your favorite dip. Remaining chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Refrigerate the remaining chips.

Instructions Preheat oven to 190°C. Wash kale thoroughly and let dry. Remove stems from kale and tear each leaf into 6 – 8 pieces. In a container, gently toss kale with salt, oil and lemon. Arrange the leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until the kale leaves are dry and crisp.

Beetroot Crisp
Ingredients
Ingredients 2 small beets, peeled and thinly sliced almond lour coconut oil for frying salt to taste
2 bananas almond butter
Coat the beetroot slices in lour. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat. Fry beetroot slices in batches for 4 minutes on all sides or until crispy. Sprinkle with salt to taste while still hot. Serve warm. Serves 2 persons.
