MINIMUM ORDER AND DISCOUNTS
1. Minimum order is $150. Under minimum orders will be charged a $5.00 handling fee. Orders under $75 will not be processed. 2. When placing your order please pay attention to our minimums per sku which are noted next to each product category. 3. Get a 5% discount on orders of $1,000 or more shipped to one location. 4. By placing an order with Magnetic Poetry, you acknowledge acceptance of Magnetic Poetry terms and conditions.
Terms: We can offer Net 30 terms with approved credit. All other orders must be prepaid with credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. New Accounts: Please request and complete a Credit Application Form or include your own credit reference sheet with your first order if you request Net 30 terms. We may also request that you fill out our Terms of Being a Magnetic Poetry Reseller which basically states that you may not resell our products on Amazon.com. Amazon Policy: Magnetic Poetry does not allow its products to be resold on Amazon.com. To review our policy please visit magporetailer.com, password: unicorn. *Shipping: Magnetic Poetry ships using UPS Ground unless another method is specified. Shipping charges are added to invoices at cost. Orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse in St. Paul, MN. For freight collect accounts we can ship UPS Collect, FedEx Collect or Third Party with a valid account number. Return/Cancellation Policy: Magnetic Poetry does not accept returns unless an error was made by Magnetic Poetry or the Rep. Please notify us of any issues within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Damages: Please notify us within 5 business if your order arrives damaged in any way. It is always helpful if you can save all your packaging. Invoices and Payments: Invoices are generated after your shipment leaves the warehouse and are mailed the next business day.
