At Jasmine Woodlands in Smyrna, Georgia, Lyon Living completed the 350-unit value add business plan and recently sold the asset. It traded 62% above the going-in basis and yielded nearly a 3.0x equity multiple to the LP investor. Over the next 5 years, Lyon Living will spend $136M to complete extensive value add improvements across our portfolio. We will undertake over $41M in interior renovations and plan to complete over 4,250 interior renovations.

CONSTRUCTION For over 20 years, Lyon Living has served as its own general contractor for new construction and is currently building more than 2,000 units in California. This in-house approach has enabled our team to execute thoughtful, smart designs that are aligned with Lyon’s vision of building exceptional living environments.
