Nap Outside No Screen Day Be Grateful

TAKE A NAP OUTSIDE

Hammocks are great, but a blanket on the ground is pretty awesome too! Breathe deep and lose yourself in the sounds around you as you doze off. Take time to stretch and indulge your senses in the beauty of the natural world as you wake back up! Do not take your phone with you when you go outside.

NO SCREEN DAY

Once upon a time, there was a world where people didn’t carry screens around in their pockets. People used to talk to each other, write letters to each other, and sometimes they would even just sit around and do nothing at all. See if you can make it an entire day with no screentime!

INITIAL WHEN DONE

BE GRATEFUL

The world is a busy place. Especially during the work week, it is easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle and one day starts to blend into the next. Take time during the day or when you get home from work to sit outside and think of 5 people or things you are grateful for.
