FACES OF COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region is a group of seven comprehensive primary care centers and two dental practices that provides care to approximately 75% of Rutland County residents. CHCRR has locations in West Pawlet, Shoreham, Brandon, Castleton and multiple locations in Rutland. All sites are designated Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Homes for meeting national standards for care coordination and on-going quality improvement. CATHERINE Otto’s Cones Point General Store Rosie and Chris Beckmann of Commack, NY had a love-atfirst-sight experience visiting Lake St. Catherine, Poultney in 2014 and snatched up a camp there that same weekend. When opportunity knocked on the other side of the lake the following spring, Rosie and Chris became the new purveyors of a Lake tradition – The Cones Point Country Store. After rebuilding over the winter of 2015/16, The Cones Point General Store at Otto’s Green Mountain Adventure on VT Route 30, Poultney opened June 4, 2016. Over the past four years, we’ve fostered growth in the community by connecting likeminded people with one another and with job, volunteer and professional development opportunities.
