Introduction Established in January 2014 by Israeli-born and French-trained veteran Chef Michael Erlik, M Cuisine is a vibrant and sumptuous private kitchen featuring distinctive flavors that travel the Mediterranean region.

Located on the Hong Kong Island, M Cuisine aims to indulge all our valued visitors in scarcely available modern Mediterraneaninspired cuisine, including Israeli, Greek and French among others, using the best and freshest imported raw produces.

With a cozy and spacious dining studio, aside from serving seasonal and festive menu items, M Cuisine also offers unique and interactive cooking classes, corporate events, wedding parties and also outside catering on request.

Features M Cuisine’s extensive tasting menus, inspired by the Mediterranean's heritage, is created by our Chef’s modern and seasonal approach to include refinement, rusticity and authenticity.

We source ingredients overseas to guarantee their freshness and originality.

Menus are designed and changed according to our top chef’s preference and choice based on his expertise, so most of the special seasonal items are in limited supply.

Our spacious cooking studio, as compared to bigger fine-dining restaurants, has a sense of intimacy and coziness.

Visitors can also watch how their food is cooked in the kitchen.

About Executive Chef Michael Erlik

Heading M Cuisine’s kitchen, veteran executive chef Michael Erlik has more than 20 years of cooking experience internationally, including the time he worked alongside world’s top chefs, such as illustrious Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France and Francoise Chevaux at the two Michelin-starred La Belle Otero in Cannes. Before establishing M Cuisine, Michael used to cater as a private chef to some of Forbes list billionaires.

Bombarding dining cultures and inspirations from his home country of Israel, and France, where he trained and work, coupled with his global cooking experience in U.S.A and the U.K., Michael is keen to create unique and refined seasonal items embracing the best of everything.

He sources raw materials on his own and writes monthly recipes with what he thinks are the freshest and best ingredients to use.
